Responsible for assisting the Program Manager with day-to-day management of the Low-Income Multi Family Retrofit Program. Track, process and report payments and data to vendors and utilities in compliance with program guidelines. Maintain and improve program database and supervise program application process and field program inquiries as needed. Maintain and update program billing and reporting software systems, producing required reporting data to utility funders in compliance with contract guidelines. Provide technical assistance and training to sub-grantees and vendors as required. Assist Program Manager with committee meeting preparation. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social science or a related field, with at least three years of professional experience in energy efficiency and/or multi-family low-income housing required. Experience in grant program management helpful. Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel or a high degree of comfort with databases and spreadsheets. Good communication skills by phone and email required. Must be flexible and have the ability to take initiative and work in a team. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
