What You’ll Do
Vice Presidents are responsible for planning and managing the impact and sustainability of TNTP’s business lines in their region, including identifying revenue opportunities, developing budgets & staffing plans, tracking financial performance, and updating projections on an ongoing basis.
The Director, Business Operations will serve as the primary business operations thought partner for the Vice President and Partners in the Midwest region, advising and supporting them in all aspects of proposal development, financial analysis, and resource planning, including:
Regional Strategy and Proposal Development (45%)
Budgeting and Financial Analysis (45%)
Monitoring and Knowledge Management (10%)

What We Offer
TNTP offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position with the potential for an annual performance-based bonus. The salary range for this position is $80,000 –$120,00. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and midpoint depending on experience and in alignment with internal equity. We offer a comprehensive benefits plan, covering the majority of the employee premium for the base medical plan and subsidizing the majority of costs for a spouse/domestic partner and children. Other benefits include dental and vision plans, disability, life insurance, parenting benefits, flexible spending account options, generous vacation time, commuter benefits, referral bonuses, professional development, and a 403(b) plan with employer matching.
