Description

Have you considered a career in providing professional development coaching to diverse college students? If you have a strong background and experience in business, finance, and/or technology, this may be a rewarding opportunity for you.

For over 35 years, SEO Career has been the nation’s premier professional development and internship program for high achieving Black, Hispanic and Native American college students. Our comprehensive program provides coaching, training, and exposure to industry leaders, a powerful, lifelong alumni network, and exclusive access to coveted roles at some of the world’s most prestigious companies.

SEO Career helps students secure internships with partner organizations, and gives them the best chance to land a return offer. In fact, 80% of SEO interns receive full-time offers from our partner companies. No other program gives them this Edge and sets them up for Success. www.seocareer.org

The SEO Career Program encompasses:

1) Career Edge: Students accepted into SEO Career Edge receive everything they need to land an internship: industry exposure, career guidance via a flexible coaching model, and interview skills and training specific to their prospective industry and role. Fellows who perform well and complete the program are then recommended to our partners for internship opportunities. No matter where their path leads, Career Edge sets students up for internship success.

Fellows who have completed the SEO Career Edge stage and accepted internships with SEO partners are then eligible to move onto the next level of the program.

2) Career Success: Fellows who complete both our Career Edge program, as well as accept internships with SEO partners, are advanced to the next level: Career Success. Here they’re immersed in a deep dive intensive training before their internship begins, ensuring they learn real skills from industry experts. Career Success Interns are supported throughout their internship with one-on-one coaching, an 8-12 week online technical and soft skills training, and a transformational exclusive one-week Orientation & Training Summit in NYC. Our ongoing support and tools provide a level of career success that is unparalleled.
