BEST is recruiting for a full-time Program Coordinator, who will support our programs. This position will primarily assist our ACT programs, with a focus on coordinating consulting and training opportunities locally and across the country. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-initiating, and a strong written and verbal communicator. 

Duties may include (but are not limited to): 

  • Plan and coordinate training events 
  • Coordinate updates to training content and materials 
  • Provide project management support for ongoing relationships and projects with stakeholders in private, public, and nonprofit sectors 
  • Enter data into a CRM and pull reports  
  • Coordinate meetings with external and internal stakeholders 
  • Other duties as needed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication  
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Strong proficiency learning and using technological tools like Microsoft products, Salesforce, and Asana to support project management and communication across teams  
  • High degree of flexibility 
  • Ability to produce high quality work 
  • Excellent at executing a plan or idea and taking ownership to bring the plan to fruition 
  • Intelligent, learns quickly, and adapts easily to new situations 
  • Proactive and able to work independently  
  • Good problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to relate professionally and respectfully to a wide range of people, from human trafficking survivors to law enforcement officers to CEOs 
  • Ability to continue working in the organization for the long-term 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional or lived experience 

 

Preferred Capacities and Skills: 

  • Experience with Salesforce, Asana, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Teams preferred
