Under the supervision of the Outreach Manager, the Outreach Coordinator is responsible for conducting outreach to community residents and maintaining relationships with community-based agencies. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to make connections and build relationships. The Outreach Coordinator develops and implements various strategies to directly engage parents for programming, including tabling, canvassing, and event planning.

Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, or equivalent experience in community outreach. Successful Outreach Coordinators are energetic, outgoing, authentic, and comfortable presenting information one-on-one and to a crowd. We seek bilingual candidates (English-Spanish) who are detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and are experienced with data entry. As an organization centering on justice and racial equity, candidates must have successfully built and managed relationships with Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities and coworkers.
