Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) are well-established Manhattan community-based agencies that support services to approximately 30,000 New Yorkers. Program Description: Stephen Russo Residence (W 107th Street), is a permanent supportive housing residence for formerly homeless adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Services include case management, harm reduction, housing readiness, counseling, medical and psychiatric services, groups and recreation, and 24-hour 7 day a week front desk concierge.
Position Summary: Provide support and clinical supervision to case managers and other social service staff with the goal of excellent service provision and helping clients to remain stably housed in a supportive environment while optimizing tenant health and well-being.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: $70,000
Role, Responsibilities, and Essential Duties
Ensure provision of quality and timely services, including psychiatric and medical care, entitlements, assessment & treatment planning, and linkages to day programs, clubhouses, employment, and recovery. Act as Liaison with on-site medical and psychiatric team. Coordinate and manage day to day program operations along with Program Director.
