Click & Pledge, Salesforce, Pardot Consultant

For 28 years, As You Sow has focused on making bold, lasting, and positive change in the world on issues including climate change, environmental health, ocean plastics, wage justice, financial transparency, and human rights. We achieve this progress through our role as one of the nation's leading practitioners of shareholder advocacy, moving companies to take greater responsibility for the social and environmental impact of their operations. We engage companies directly, work with and mobilize investor coalitions on key issue areas, file shareholder resolutions, and write reports and research briefs to inform investors and the public about novel issue areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated consultant who can support our Communication’s Project Manager and our Individual Giving Director who can be the expert of Click & Pledge, Salesforce and Pardot. This individual should demonstrate the ability to work in individually and in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will be required to review all update notices for Salesforce, Click & Pledge, Pardot, Zapier and other software that may be adopted to make sure that our syncs and systems will continue to function correctly. If updates or changes or needed, will be expected to review what they are with Director, Individual Giving and the Communications Project Manager before implementation. 
• Performing maintenance and data Hygiene tasks especially for Pardot and Salesforce on a quarterly basis. 
• Updates as needed for automated replies and workflows Click and Pledge, Salesforce and Pardot.
• Troubleshoot issues that come up in a very timely manner, especially around Click and Pledge.
• Help with uploading data using Apsona several times a year. 
• Be willing to write Operating Procedures for processes we currently use but don’t have written up, and updating or adding new ones as needed.
• Work with staff to determine work priorities weekly and update staff as the work is completed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Salesforce Admin certification for NPSP. Good working knowledge of both Classic and Lightning versions.
• Click and Pledge Fundraising
• Pardot Admin certification for Legacy version and well as the new ones. 
• Ability to format and send email in Pardot.
• Comfortable working with Apsona.
• Familiarity with Zapier, Memberspace and Squarespace a big plus.
• 5+ years experience with non-profit entities
• Basic HTML skills
• Used to maintaining focus in highly detailed work under a deadline
• Be available for work during Pacific Time Zone work hours for 15-20 hours a week.
