    Description

    The Old Stone House of Brooklyn is seeking Educators for the 2025-26 Academic Year. The Old Stone House is an historic site located in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Our education programs interpret Brooklyn’s past through a variety of programs, exploring life in Brooklyn during the American Revolution, the Lenape settlement of Marechkawick and the 17th Century European settlement

    The ideal applicant possesses a BA in Education, History, or Environmental Education, as well as at least one year’s experience in teaching in a school or museum setting and an interest in developing innovative multidiscplinary programs that serve a diverse audience. This a per diem position with a flexible schedule that includes morning and afternoon sessions as well as optional Sundays.

    $30 per hour. 3 hour minimum per session.
