Lead Clinician (PACT, Boston)

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm with rotating evening and weekend coverage. On call phone coverage.

Salary: $60,000

Responsibilities:

• The Lead Clinician will be responsible for two major areas of added responsibility in addition to performing the job duties and responsibilities listed in the PACT Clinician job description.
• The number of Primary clients assigned to the Lead Clinician will be fewer than the other team Clinicians, actual number of Primary assignments will be dependent on variables of staffing levels and number of active clients in the program.
• The Lead Clinician will participate with Team Leader, PACT Psychiatrist and Lead Nurse in regularly scheduled Program Management meetings.

Qualifications:

• LCSW,LICSW or LMHC required.
• Five years of experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness preferred, three years required.
• Driving License Required? Yes
