The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO and Development Director and assist with external and internal communications. Responsibilities include: administrative support, communication and liaison with external communications firm, and office management. This position interacts professionally with board members, staff, external consultants and our constituents.
Manage day-to-day office operations for team of ten.
Order supplies and equipment
Communicate with vendors
Liaison with an outsourced consultants and NYUL staff.
Manage social media and external communications.
Provide administrative support to CEO and Development Director around meetings and communications.
Strong writing skills
Experience in social media
Take out notary preferred
