Description

Manage all aspects of office administration, including managing office schedules, filing, and correspondence, answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

Providing support to executives or key staff members, including managing their calendars,

scheduling appointments, and assisting with travel arrangements.  Helping to organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling venues, arranging catering, and managing office logistics. Submit Key-Employee expense reports. Ensuring the smooth functioning of the office by maintaining office equipment, overseeing office layout and organization, and managing/ordering office supplies.   Managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring packages are received and sent out in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records. Managing organizational files and records, both physical and digital, and ensuring

confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Review and assist with employee expense reporting; ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, maintaining communication channels within the organization, and disseminating information to staff members. Collaborating with other team members and departments to support overall organizational goals and initiatives.

Qualifications: 

Degree or equivalent experience in office administration or related field.  Able to lift 35 lbs or more. Previous experience in office management or  an executive administrative role preferred.   Strong

organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
