Reporting to the Director of Participant Engagement, the Community Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for meeting the recruitment and retention goals of the organization by sourcing, attracting, and recruiting community partnerships that result in the enrollment of 3 cohorts of participants annually. 

The Community Recruitment Coordinator will identify, source, and screen community partners and training candidates, and coordinate the admissions, onboarding, and retention process for all incoming participants using Salesforce to record and track all progress.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure the enrollment of participants for 3 cohorts of training participants annually.  
  • Meet internal and external recruitment goals for the Participant Engagement team by sourcing, attracting, and recruiting generative community partnerships and qualified candidates for the training programs at Grace Institute.
  • Directly oversee multiple community partnerships and maintain active productive relationships with new and current recruitment partners while documenting all touchpoints in Salesforce. 
  • Aim to secure MOU’s for each recruitment partner and regularly evaluate recruit partnerships to discern high-yielding opportunities and reassess MOU agreement terms as necessary.
  • Schedule and conduct needs assessments for training candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Actively participate in weekly meetings, caseload management, interdepartmental communication, and resource referrals with community partners
  • Coordinate, schedule, and conduct admissions interviews during active recruitment periods.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and conduct weekly open houses for prospective candidates.
  • Maintain compliant Salesforce records of the supportive services, touchpoints, progress notes, assessments, and overall progress of participants on a weekly basis. 
  • Complete thorough integrity checks of all Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information (e.g. demographics and supportive documentation) on a weekly basis.
  • Assist with participant case management for retention efforts

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
