Position Overview:
The Housing Leadership Council of San Mateo County (HLC) is looking for candidates to fill the role of Operations Manager. This position also provides some administrative support to HEART (an affordable housing finance non-profit organization). The ideal individual is service-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. This position would be a great fit for someone who is seeking dynamic responsibilities, ranging from fiscal management to event support. This position will give you the opportunity to learn the operations of a nonprofit organization and become a key administrator/operator member in affordable housing advocacy. We are a diverse group of individuals of varying backgrounds brought together by our passion for a more equitable San Mateo County through housing.
This job will begin as soon as possible. The position is full-time, non-exempt, and is 75% remote. This is an hourly position, paying $30.00-$35.00 per hour, DOE.

Salary and Benefits:
Compensation depends on skills and experience. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, retirement plan, paid sick leave, and generous vacation time. Other perks include quarterly phone stipend and 1 week holiday closure in December.
