Who We Are

Student Achievement Partners is a nonprofit organization that designs for the students whose potential is not currently being realized by the American public education system. We believe that addressing this issue, which is most persistent for Black students and students who are English learners, is critical to supporting all students. We stand firm in the belief that effective educational leadership and instruction persistently takes action to eradicate racist systems and policies so that all students can thrive academically.

Core to our work is the notion that challenging K-12 academic standards, in the context of culturally relevant teaching and equitable classroom practice, are non-negotiable when it comes to improving student outcomes. In partnership with other passionate change-makers, we design tools and resources, professional learning, and other supports, grounded in research and the reality of the classroom. We share these resources freely with educators across the country through our website www.achievethecore.org.

Student Achievement Partners is committed to becoming an anti-racist, multi-cultural institution. Student Achievement Partners is an equal opportunity employer, committed to reflecting the diversity of the students we serve. We welcome applications from qualified candidates of all backgrounds.

Candidates should thrive in a collaborative, remote environment that emphasizes equitable design principles, excellence, attention to detail, analytical rigor, and critical thinking. We use team collaboration software such as Zoom Video Conference, Microsoft Teams, Dropbox and Google Docs to facilitate communication and collaboration while working remotely. We value and provide growth opportunities to individuals who are eager and self-motivated in learning about equitable literacy and mathematics instruction and education.
