Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating all aspects of online credential trainings for the Addiction Training Workforce Department.

• Assist with live online training setup and administration. 

• Ensure that all training assets are available i.e. student roster, pre/post testing, log in/access information for attendees, evaluations, and trainer feedback

• Monitor student attendance and troubleshoot any student issues during live online education courses.  

• Support trainer throughout session. Manage breakout sessions, polling questions, and interactive media.

• Oversee online training delivery including but not limited to possible development of new slide decks, manuals and homework materials.

• Assist with database management (training data base and web based platforms)

• Fostering and maintaining relationships with customers (trainers, supervisors, and counselor interns).

• Provide customer service for counselor interns including: registration assistance, changes in course schedule, updating digital profile, supplying documentation for credential. 

• Developing marketing campaigns for online training initiatives that include those for participants and trainers/facilitators.

• Other duties as assigned.

Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Required.

 

Required Experience: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.  

• We are particularly looking for individuals with:

o Experience working with culturally diverse populations. 

o Experience with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Basecamp, Google Drive Etc

o Familiarity with SQUL database and LMS Svcs such as Litmos a plus

o Familiarity with web based trainings

o Familiarity with the technical processes of live video streaming

o Knowledge of addiction counseling

• Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management skills, customer service skills, organizational skills, and possess the ability to work with a team and or independently. Additionally, candidate must possess excellent computer skills, including but not limited to proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
