EFTC is looking for a highly motivated individual who believes in our mission and ethos. The successful candidate would oversee all of EFTC’s Sponsor communications, ensuring there is a coordinated flow of information. Sponsors are responsible for a large portion of EFTC’s income; this being an important and reliable source, so retention and communication is paramount to the foundation.
The Coordinator will be responsible for the overall running of the Sponsorship programme, maximising and enhancing the Sponsor’s experience and will report directly to the Development Coordinator.
The role includes communicating and interacting with existing Sponsors and encouraging them to grow their engagement through fundraisers / campaigns / visiting the school, etc.. The Coordinator should also coordinate campaigns and outreach to attract new sponsors.
Liaising with the EFTC UK & EFTC USA is essential to providing the best experience and communication to Sponsors.
