The Development Manager/Director will be involved in all aspects of fundraising and development for Orkeeswa, including updating, establishing, and executing a multi-year development plan and building a pipeline to support it. The ideal candidate is excited about serving in a transformative role, and is motivated by the prospect of both creating systems and developing relationships.
