The Administrative Assistant provides support for the Executive Director, general office staff, and Board members. Responsibilities include typing, phone coverage, reception, operations of office computer programs, preparation of documents, forms, and general correspondence, record keeping, and organization and maintenance of office files.
Computer skills with a concentration in Microsoft Office 10 to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
Knowledge of Donor Perfect or another non-profit donor data base is a plus
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in similar administrative capacity, preferably in a non-profit organization
