Description

Search and Care is seeking to hire a P/T Program Evaluation Consultant (approximately 7.5 hours weekly—44 weeks).


  • The Consultant would work with Program, Development, and Administrative staff to design/implement evaluation methods (e.g. client questionnaires, focus groups) to assess the impact of agency Therapeutic Groups/Enrichment Activities on older adult attendees’ quality of life, perceived loneliness and isolation, functioning, etc.
  • The Consultant should demonstrate experience developing/administering measurement tools; interpreting results; and, ideally, ability to advise the agency about how to best cull client data (e.g. augmenting current database).
  • $25+ p/h depending upon experience and skillset.
