The Foundation is excited to announce the opportunity to provide support to the Healthy Behaviors and Social Determinants Portfolio Director and philanthropy staff as their Senior Administrative Assistant. The main responsibilities include maintaining multiple calendars, scheduling a high volume of meetings, and handling official and confidential correspondence. This position is responsible for a great deal of public contact, reaching across various constituencies including grantees and other partners.
Qualified candidates have expertise in providing high level administrative support to multiple staff members. They enjoy the challenge of being in a fast-paced environment, coordinating complex meeting requests, handling multiple high-priority tasks and they have the proven ability to do these things with accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, candidates must stay grounded and work comfortably in ambiguity.
Applicants must have a high school diploma and at least three (3) years’ of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a busy professional office setting. Furthermore, they must have advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in a non-profit sector is a plus.
