Description

The Visitor Programs Coordinator will manage tour scheduling and group visit operations, and serves as the principal point of contact for tour groups from initial inquiry until the day of arrival. Ensures that group visits are scheduled appropriately in light of other Cathedral functions and activities. Collaborates with other staff to coordinate touring functions. Supports the Welcome Desk as needed. This position is scheduled for Monday – Friday, with occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work required.

 

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least two years of customer service or hospitality experience. Experience with POS systems and cash handling are helpful
