We have an exciting opportunity for a Division Finance & Contracts Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for supporting program directors in the development of all budgets and contract reporting including the tracking and monitoring of contracts and budgets.


Responsibilities include:


·        Track and monitor monthly income and expense by program.

·        Work collaboratively with Program Directors to project, develop and prepare all budget and work plans.

·        Train various staff members on the budget process and contract standards.

·        Liaison with the Fiscal and HR offices to ensure budgets and expenses are correct and coded properly.

·        Preparation of electronic budget submissions.

·        Host monthly budget monitoring meetings with Program Directors.

·        Maintain compliance with Federal & State regulations, and local groups and organizations.

·        Prepare and disseminate required fiscal reports.


Qualifications Include:


·        Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance/Administration or related field required.

·        Three (3) years’ experience in contracts & budgeting or closely related field preferred. Experience with government contracts a plus.

·        Must have excellent knowledge of the principles and practices of government contract compliance, non-profit accounting, auditing, and financial reporting standards.

·        Must have excellent analytical ability and research skills.

·        Demonstrated project management and planning skills.

·        Excellent computer skills including Excel and non-profit accounting software.

·        Good organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

·        Bilingual skills preferred (English/Spanish or English/Khmer)
