We provide customized services to advance  managerial best practices in parishes, dioceses, and other Catholic institutions, while also supporting the development of current and future leaders. Leadership Roundtable promotes best practices and accountability in the management, finances, communications, and human resources development of the Catholic Church in the U.S., including greater incorporation of the expertise of the laity.

Position Overview

Do you have a passion for helping Catholic leaders realize their full potential and, in turn, helping the Catholic faith thrive in the United States and beyond?  If you have the experience and expertise to deliver management and leadership training to the most senior leaders in the Catholic Church in the U.S., this is a rare and exciting opportunity to impact how the Church functions and how effective it is in delivering its critical ministries. Leadership Roundtable is looking for a Senior Program Director to join our world-class team. Key Responsibilities

  • Client engagement manager; sustain long-term relationships with Church leaders
  • Deliver across suite of Leadership Roundtable programs and services
  • Deliver effective consultation and coaching services
  • Promote services to bishops and senior diocesan leaders
  • Rigorously evaluate work and impact
  • Develop new services and resources
  • Provide strategic insight and analysis into emerging trends and needs in a diocese


Successful Candidates Must Have/Be:

  • Commitment to Leadership Roundtable’s mission and values
  • Strong familiarity with and knowledge of teachings, hierarchy and functional structure of the Catholic Church
  • Minimum 12 years professional management experience with increasing responsibility
  • Extensive experience delivering services to senior diocesan/congregational  leadership
  • Exceptional presenter/trainer with national experience
  • Current expertise in management, leadership, organizational development, and nonprofits, in a Catholic context
  • Proven success across functions with ability to learn new areas (finance, management, human resources, planning, communications, development and stewardship, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial creativity and business acumen, with proven success in business development
  • Mature faith life and ability to work across the ecclesial spectrum
  • Experience tracking and measuring impact
  • Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a collaborative leadership style
  • Natural networker and connector
  • Ability to travel extensively
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Proficient with Google suite of products: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive

Successful Candidates Ideally Have:

  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Coach training
