Indivisible is developing a nationally coordinated network (NCN) of community-based Indivisible groups to build a nationwide movement for change. As part of NCN, Indivisible groups organize locally to impact key national issues. By making a sustained commitment to acting together as a network, Indivisible groups can better hold elected officials accountable, and shape the message in the local and national media.

Indivisible is seeking creative, experienced Organizers to organize, support, and grow the NCN. Organizers will be primarily responsible for organizing NCN groups to build long-term power across a priority state or region. This includes working with Indivisible group leaders and activists to build a strong volunteer infrastructure, developing and supporting group leadership, growing our volunteer base, and executing strategic turf plans in collaboration with team leadership.

We are building an exciting model for distributed movement organizing and powerbuilding. This role presents a unique opportunity for dynamic, self-starters who excel in relationship building, project management, and leadership development - and who want to grapple with how to build a powerful social movement..

Candidates may be based anywhere in Florida, Louisiana or Mississippi, with up to 20% travel over the course of the year. We are hiring for this position immediately, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis. This position is full-time, with a salary starting at $51,500, commensurate with experience.
