Alpine Learning Group, a world-renowned autism treatment program, founded in 1988, offers a variety of clinical services to meet the educational and behavioral needs of learners with autism and their families. Housed in our state-of-the-art facilities on a sprawling campus in Paramus NJ, our programs include a NJ Department of Education Approved Education Program, a Medicaid funded adult program, and an array of insurance funded clinical services. 


We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and forward thinking Director of Finance and Operations to assume a leadership role in managing all financial aspects of the corporation and oversee key operational tasks. The Director of Finance and Operations would oversee all accounting processes, annual auditing processes, work closely with Executive Director, Department Directors and Business Manager to develop annual budgets, and create fiscal policies and procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the corporation. The Director of Finance and Operations will serve as financial liaison to the Board of Directors and also oversee other operational aspects such as developing metrics for agency growth, and the development of systems to improve agency efficiencies across key operations.


The position requires:

A Master’s degree in Business or Finance.

Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in finance and business development.

Experience in systems development, operations analyses and management of staff.

Experience in DOE fiscal code, Insurance and Medicaid funding a plus
