Executive Director (ED) needed. This is a full-time exempt position for a food and clothing pantry located in the Toco Hills area of Atlanta. We service 15 zip codes for food and clothing and a 5 zip code area for utility assistance. The ED is responsible for operational management, marketing and communications, meeting budget goals, fund development, and working directly with the Executive Committee of the Board of THCA. We have 2 part-time paid staff and many volunteers the ED is responsible to guide and direct.

Bachelor's Degree a minimum, Master's Degree a plus.
Proven experience in managerial position.
5 years or more experience in a non-profit environment, including board interaction.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
Demonstrated excellence in organizational, managerial, written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed along with the ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully.
Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment with a strong interest in social justice as it pertains to hunger.
Ability to work with our faith based partners is a plus.
Community outreach and semi-monthly evening Board meetings will require some evening and weekend hours.
Pre-hire screening: Must be able to pass a background check, including education, work history, criminal investigation, credit check and drug screen.
