We are currently seeking a Assistant Vice President of Community Support Services.
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) facilitates person-centered planning, ensures the availability of resources and quality of programs. The AVP of community support services will be responsible for the oversight and development of community based services such as Day and Work services, Community habilitation and respite services. The AVP must also keep a pulse on the regulatory political, and competitive climate within the community and region in order to keep The New York Foundling in compliance and well positioned for growth. Day-to-day operations, including human resource management as well as operating and capital budgets for the areas under his/her supervision would also be a responsibility of the AVP.
- Master's degree (preferrably in related field) required
- 5 Years of supervisory experience with 2 years of management within OPWDD.
