Do you want to work with the leading Brain Injury organization in the country? Are you passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life? The Brain Injury Alliance of Washington (BIAWA) seeks a Resource Manager to work with individuals in Pierce, Thurston, and Kitsap counties affected by Brain Injury ages 4+, their families, and caregivers to assist them in connecting to resources and support to enhance their quality of life. 


Resource Management is meant to assess current resources and needs and provide support in accessing additional resources. We connect clients to appropriate medical providers, housing, legal support, public assistance, social engagement opportunities, school supports and other resources in all areas of life affected by Brain Injury. Resource Management is geared towards successes in their home communities, goal-driven and client-centered. In addition, the Western WA Resource Manager is responsible for:

·        Maintaining timely and accurate records in database

·        Reaching out to medical and educational communities

·        Representing the organization at conferences and community events

·        Educating providers and community members on Brain Injury and supports available

·        Engaging the community through BIAWA events

·        Supporting fund development efforts

·        Assisting with the Brain Health & Wellness Program at MultiCare Good Samaritan

·        Assisting with other projects of the organization, as needed
