Fulltime position at Gateway Arts, a studio art center for people with disabilities. Work with adults making art, writing for publication, blogging, and exploring new media. Substitute in traditional studios: painting, drawing, pottery, fibers, jewelry, and activities. Work with individuals with developmental disabilities; including autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, also people with psychiatric disabilities.
Provide clinical supports to meet state and program requirements. Must be a self starter, detail oriented with good oral and written communication skills.
A strong art background is necessary and some human service experience is helpful. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
