Program Manager, Supporting People with Disabilities

This position requires networking, marketing, and professionalism that can be adapted to various company cultures, while supporting a team of staff and individuals in their jobs. Every day is different and every person is unique, so variety is a part of the job. This position is integral to helping people with disabilities find employment, learn the tasks of their job, maintain their employment, and support the employee and the employer to develop a mutually respectful relationship.

Compensation: Salary starts at $20.50/hour, and depends on qualifications and experience. We offer annual pay increases based on individual and organizational performance. Full time benefits include: medical, dental and vision, paid time off, paid holidays, long term disability and life insurance, 403B retirement plan, and monthly mileage and cell phone reimbursement.
Required Qualifications: The ability and desire to work with people of all abilities, high school diploma, proficiency in MS office applications, valid Washington State Driver's License and proof of vehicle liability insurance, good driving record-must be insurable by carriers, ability to complete background investigation, and current First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of the onset of employment. Due to driving requirements must be at least 21 years old.
Desirable Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years successful experience in assisting people with disabilities to obtain & maintain community employment, and/or experience in vocational program services with supervisory experience and exhibited competence can substitute for formal educational experience. Experience with people who have developmental disabilities, knowledge and experience with public relations, contract compliance and outcomes reporting.
