Position Summary:

The National Register of Health Service Psychologists is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as the Administrative Services Coordinator. This employee will provide customer service and administrative support to the National Register staff and Board of Directors and will assist other team members in marketing, outreach and other functions.

Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Provide prompt and friendly phone and email support to current and prospective members.
  • Assist with financial management, including depositing payments, processing bills, and monthly reporting.
  • Support member benefits programs including credentials verification, event registrations, award and scholarship applications, continuing education, the organization’s listserv and profile pages.   
  • Send routine correspondence to members and other interested parties.
  • Coordinate with office supply and other vendors.  
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

Education/Work Experience

  • Bachelors or Associates degree.
  • One-year relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Bill.com, and Intacct preferred.
  • Expertise with Microsoft word processing and spreadsheet functions.

Skills

  • Effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a small team setting.

Position Details:

This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week. Salary is commensurate with experience. Generous benefits include 100% employer-funded medical, dental and vision insurance, paid sick and personal leave, and a transportation stipend.

National Register staff are currently working remotely but we expect to return to the office in summer/fall 2021. This position will transition to full-time in the office at or around that time. The National Register office is conveniently located at Metro Center in Washington, DC.
