The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire payroll process which includes the timely, accurate processing of payroll and benefit transactions and reporting. Works closely with Human Resources to ensure data flows well between the two departments. Also responsible for communicating and training staff and managers on payroll system and processes.
This position has a social justice component that requires critical thinking through the lens of racism and intersections with poverty. Knowing the core principals of antiracism and grounding those principles in everyday work are required job skills and core values. • Annual Salary: $60-65,000 per year DOE.
• Hours per week: 40
• FLSA Classification: Exempt.

• At the time of hire, employees may choose to voluntarily enroll in the Fidelity 403b Plan. Typically after two years of employment, employees are eligible to participate in the YWCA Retirement Fund.
