C5 New England is our five-year leadership program for 8th-12th graders focused on leadership, community action, and postsecondary readiness. Curriculum is centered on youth agency, experiential learning, and a fail-forward culture.

Crossroads is committed to closing equity, opportunity, and college persistence gaps through anti-racist practices and interventions.
