Ready to make a difference in your community? Rebuilding Together South Sound is a local Pierce County nonprofit with the goal to preserve affordable housing through home repairs for low-income homeowners who are elderly, disabled, or families with children.

The Program Manager is a full time, salaried position at Rebuilding Together South Sound in Tacoma, WA. The Program Manager's primary responsibility is to manage the Tacoma Home Repair program, ensuring safe and healthy homes for Tacoma's low-income homeowners. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and able to communicate with a wide audience of clients, partners and contractors. This position is federally funded and is subject to Community Development Block Grant approval, with a salary of $40,000 per year plus benefit package including medical, dental and vision insurance.


The successful candidate will need to obtain (or maintain) RRP certification and will need the use of a vehicle during the work day to perform site visits.
