We are seeking a self-starter to manage the front desk activities of this non-profit serving homeless families. Will support the Executive Director and program staff by providing specialized administrative support through diversified and confidential administrative duties, coordinate furniture pick-ups and drop-offs, greet visitors and answer telephones. Will also assist Development team with mass mailings and special events. HS Diploma (or equivalent) required, some college preferred. Must have at least 2 years general office experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. Ability to speak Amharic, Kurdish, or Farsi highly desirable. Position can be full or part-time (some early mornings and late evenings may be required).
