Description: The Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston seeks a qualified, experienced bookkeeper for immediate hire. Flexible hours and schedule available: work would be required for two to three days a week and preferably would include mornings.

Responsibilities will include: 

*Manage all accounts payable and receivable functions of the organization 

*Reconcile ticket and other revenue against daily cash and credit card deposits

*Administer all aspects of payroll, maintain documentation, prepare 1099s and W-2s 

*Provide financial reports and cash projections to Director 

*Prepare documents necessary for annual independent audit

*Report to Robert Eagle, Producing Artistic Director


-Three to five years' relevant bookkeeping experience 

-Experience with non-profit financial structures and payroll compliance 

-Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel 

-Strict attention to detail and accuracy, solid organizational skills 

-Ability to multi-task and prioritize 

-Knowledge of ProVenue ticketing software a plus
