The Team Leader – Farm Maintenance is responsible to maintain the safety, appearance and functionality of the farm buildings, animal areas, gardens and surrounding grounds with minimal supervision. The Team Leader – Farm Maintenance will participate in mentoring residents in vocational work and will participate in animal care at the farm. The applicant will work closely with all members of the farm staff and will be active in all areas of the farm and at Boni Bel.
