APHSA seeks a Knowledge Mobilization Coordinator. This position serves as the primary support to the APHSA team in collection, dissemination, and mobilization of knowledge across APHSA’s platforms. The Knowledge Mobilization Coordinator supports the Knowledge Mobilization Manager and APHSA team as a whole to develop and continuously execute strategy to engage members in learning opportunities through various Communities of Practice, project specific workgroups, ongoing learning communities, and affinity group engagements. S/he also supports the policy team in affinity group management, as well as APHSA learning operations. The Knowledge Mobilization Coordinator also serves as key intermediary between Collaborative Centers and other APHSA teams, including coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, webinars, and more.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
Supporting programmatic strategy for APHSA policy and practice communications through design and development of communications, including newsletters, alerts, online platforms, etc., to ensure consistency to APHSA Playbook, framing principles, and APHSA brand in partnership with Collaborative Center staff and Director of Communications.
Provide day to day support of learning communities to engage member and associate groups through learning communities and other knowledge mobilization strategies, including event and meeting planning and logistics.
Required Minimum Level :
Bachelor of Arts
Required Minimum Number of Years:
· Proven track record of providing high quality administrative and/or communications support.
· Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution
· Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as a strategic thinker
· Ability to positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical execution of project work
· Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills
· Willingness to adjust to changing work priorities with a sense of adventure.
· Exhibit strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to produce high quality communications to individuals at all levels of the organization.
