Lead Organizer

We are seeking an extremely bright, dedicated individual with a passion for racial and economic justice and building a movement of Black working class leaders. The ideal candidate has led teams and has strong roots in the community, is a strategic thinker & understands the need for short term and long term goals and victories. The Lead Organizer will possess an ability to bring solutions-oriented approaches to dealing with conflicts, is a strong team player, and is committed to their own and the team’s development and growth.

Please Note: This role is a pathway role toward Organizing Director, based on experience and performance.

• Employees receive health, dental, and life insurance after the completion of 30 days of continuous employment.
