Events Coordinator and Assistant to the Head of School

Distinctive programs include computer science, woodworking, metalworking and entrepreneurship. A narrative assessment system encourages student’s self-reflection and growth. Attention to girls’ emotional and social growth develops self-knowledge and confidence as well as teamwork and leadership skills. 1) Be a warm and welcoming presence on campus who greets guests and provides hospitality and refreshments for a wide variety of events. The goal is to build community among and express gratitude to parents, faculty, and supporters of the school. Coordinate major off campus events such as Graduation, Entrepreneurial Night and the Scholarship Breakfast with teams of parent volunteers and other staff members.
2) Support the Head of School with strong organizational skills, ability to juggle many projects, good judgment, foresight, courtesy and discretion. Manage the Head of School's schedule, help her stay organized, and anticipate the information she will need. Become her right hand person on major projects.
3) Support a volunteer Board of Trustees and its committees. Organize and archive documents and make them easily available to all trustees. Assist with scheduling meetings and trustee communications. Attend meetings and take minutes.
