Responsibilities:
- Create, program, and manage surveys and other online data collection forms
- Work collaboratively with Data Science, Evaluation, and Program Teams to ensure the successful development, launch, and monitoring of data collections including surveys
- Ensure that survey/form design aligns with existing data model and technical requirements
- Set up and manage the integration between data collection tools and Salesforce CRM; ensure configuration best practices and standards are upheld
- Monitor and evaluate survey progress and performance; contribute to recommendations for improving response rates and administration
- Unify disparate data sets, including exporting, merging, and cleaning data from multiple data systems
- Make data more understandable and accessible to non-data experts
- Input information into databases and systems to maintain records; verifying information with external sources; ensuring data accuracy/quality control
- Project manage repeating program cycles, including timelines for launch, task and deliverable management, and effective communication across teams
- Produce documentation about forms/questionnaires, processes, data collection methods, and other decision points as needed
Requirements:
- High degree of digital fluency using cloud-based office tools such as GSuite, CRMs, team collaboration/communication tools, and other web-based applications; ability to incorporate these tools into day to day work
- Experience with design and creation of data collection forms (e.g., surveys, reporting forms, applications) -- Alchemer and FormAssembly experience a plus
- Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and/or relational databases
- Proven experience with systems integration and administration -- Salesforce and third party application integration experience a plus
- Moderate experience to advanced manipulating data in R (e.g., data cleaning, analyzing data, creating tables)
- Knowledge of basic statistics (descriptive) required; advanced knowledge is preferred
- Active learner who adopts new tools and work processes quickly and solves problems creatively and independently (e.g. Asana, R Shiny, BI tools)
