The Brookline Center is seeking a full time evening (not overnight) Program Manager to work at its Transition to Independent Living Program for four 16 to 21 year old males. Primary responsibilities include overseeing late afternoon, dinner, and evening activities; mentoring residents in learning to live independently, e.g. helping them with homework as needed, obtaining and maintaining stable employment, budgeting, and learning how to manage a household (grocery shopping, laundry, meal preparation, cleanliness, etc.) Assist residents to achieve individual goals and help with locating secure and stable housing when graduating from the program. Some record keeping and residence oversight required.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 10 pm and Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.
