Description

Role Summary

Develop and maintain systems and improve internal communications to optimise workflow, efficiency, and productivity across ProVeg country branches and within ProVeg HQ. For further information please have a look at the detailed job description.


Responsibilities

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures
  • Develop database of existing and new documents/infrastructure. Database to be an inventory of standardised processes for all departments and country branches
  • Streamlining Information and Internal Communications
  • Monitor Evaluation and Learning


Competencies

Required:

  • Relevant degree in management, ICT or organisational development
  • Minimum 2 years’ project management experience, ideally in nonprofit sector
  • Understanding of drivers and impacts of organisational culture
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing and overseeing plans to improve internal / operational systems
  • Training and experience in internal communications, ability to communicate effectively with other staff members
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills; additional language ability is desirable
  • Interest in and concern for animal protection, veganism, environmentalism and public health
  • Support for the goals, guiding principles and objectives of ProVeg
  • Pro-active attitude, solution-focused
  • Ability to create and implement strategies and manage change effectively

Preferred:

  • People management and budget management experience
