Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey, Inc. (CSPNJ), a peer led behavioral health not-for-profit organization, seeks Resource Specialist to be responsible for coordinating information and referral activities for a community wellness center based in Hackensack, NJ. Under the direct supervision of the Center Manager, provides administrative support for Center membership activities and supports to promote wellness and recovery for Center members. Wellness Center programs and activities encompass a range of peer supports and community services, including Center membership activities, re-entry support services as well as hospital diversion interventions. The Wellness Center and its programs provide a safe place for homeless and vulnerable consumers and provides opportunities for individuals to address poverty and service needs. 

Qualifications: Associates degree in related field is preferred OR any combination of education and job experience that is equivalent. Excellent written and verbal skills, strong assessment skills and organizational skills are a must. Ability to manage crisis; strong computer skills; valid NJ drivers’ license with acceptable driving record is required. Knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation model preferred.
