Description: Editorial Office Assistant (Part-Time, Temporary)
25-30 hours/week, Monday-Friday
Editorial Office Assistant Job Duties:
• Processes author and reviewer documents and reviews for format deficiencies • Enters author and reviewer data onto network computer • Assists with creation and organization of paper files • Secures information by regularly saving records • Follows policies and procedures, reporting needed changes • Keeps author & reviewer information confidential • Contributes to team effort by performing related tasks as needed
Skills/Qualifications: Organization, Written & Oral Communication, Typing/Data Entry, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Ability to Multi-task & Follow Procedures
Preferred Experience: Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Word and Outlook
