POSITION SUMMARY: The New Jersey YMCA State Alliance (NJYSA) is seeking a Program Assistant VISTA with strong human relations, organizational, database development, and project management skills to support the Senior Director of Alliance Services with implementing the Better Together NJ Alliance strategic plan by identifying and sharing best practices; uncovering and addressing gaps in service; and enhancing the capacity of the YMCA to deliver high-quality programs and services that will leverage our collective impact and strengthen community to better serve all the people of New Jersey.
