o Provide administrative and project support to the Executive Director and Assistant Director

o Prepare gift acknowledgements and assist with the fulfillment of donor benefits

o Assist patrons with ticket orders and processing under the direction of the Box Office Manager

o Secure and assign artist housing

o Assist Artistic Coordinator with artist travel arrangements

o Assist with maintenance of files and archives

o Assist Executive Director and Assistant Director in special event production and donor cultivation events as requested

o Take on special assignments as requested


o Detail-oriented and strong organizational abilities

o Effective communication skills, both oral and written

o Excellent patron relations and customer service skills

o Ability to balance, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

o Maintain professionalism, punctuality, discretion, and positive representation of the Chorale in all job functions

o Ability to effectively collaborate as a team member

o Willingness to take on special assignments as directed

o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Tix ticketing system preferred, ability to learn new systems required

Education and Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

o Must have valid New Mexico Driver’s License

o May be required to lift 30 pounds
