The Role


Oxfam GB is looking for an Agile Campaign Lead to oversee our campaigning efforts in Britain and alongside partners around the world. Having just committed to working on valuing women’s work, fragility and conflict (also known as Rights, Resilience and Response) and climate justice, this is a crucial role in Oxfam GB at a crucial time.


The Agile Campaign Lead will play an instrumental part in setting the influencing strategies, building partnerships and motivating the team to achieve impact, and to do so in a way that is decolonized, anti-racist, partner led and feminist.


What we are looking for


Our next Agile Campaign Lead will require proven experience in effective campaigns, demonstable leadership qualities, an understanding of the implications of our commitments on our campaigning, and an ability to engage and inspire people – staff, volunteers, partners and the public - on our areas of work.
