The mission of the Impact Manager is to lead and develop a team of 8-12 City Year AmeriCorps members to implement the Whole School, Whole Child program at a SYSTEMICALLY UNDER-RESOURCED Kansas City public school. The Impact Manager position is primarily based at the partner school, in order to oversee the day-to-day implementation of the program.
