This Postdoctoral Research Fellowship is intended to support a recent graduate in Clinical Psychology or a related discipline who intends to follow a clinical research career trajectory in addiction science. Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D.; those who are ABD may be considered. We are looking for a highly motivated and self-directed person to join our Research and Evaluation department, to direct an ongoing project, to contribute to the development and application of new projects, and to establish a record of early professional scholarship. The candidate will be expected to collaborate with Partnership’s research team on current research endeavors, state and federal grant applications, and collaborative publications.
This position is an opportunity for a junior PhD in psychology, public health, or a related field to grow and develop their own program of research. The position will provide research mentoring (including grantsmanship) and professional development opportunities (including multisite research efforts and scientific conferences) in multiple areas of prevention, clinical, and recovery research on addiction. The successful candidate will have experience in the areas of project management, program evaluation, and data analysis. The position is fully funded for two years, and we are committed to collectively pursuing longer-term growth and extended funding for this position.
